His inspiring book is a comprehensive and practical guide to business ethics based on 50 exclusive interviews with a diverse range of leaders. It focuses on leadership, culture and regulation together insights from moral philosophy and psychology.

Throughout his career as a founder, Chair, CEO and CFO Pablo has worked closely with governance professionals. He understands their influential role in making a positive impact on their organisations.
