From 18 November, new directors and persons with significant control (PSCs), and members of limited liability partnerships (LLP) will be required to verify their identity with Companies House. Existing directors will have a 12-month transition period in which to complete the verification, but that is
not as simple as it sounds. Peter will talk through what to expect and what you should be preparing to action.
