This CPD event is aimed to look at the key differences between Private Equity and Venture Capital, and how the Directors and Company Secretary need to adapt the Board governance to accommodate these individual asset classes. Private Equity and Venture Capital are often confused as the same asset class, however for every similarity there is a material difference. The Board needs to be able to adapt its style, its key decision making and also how it structures its governance.
